Facilities
Outdoor Menage 40m by 20m, floodlit with ash and rubber topping, rides superbly well all year round.
9 large brick stables (14ft by 14ft ), all have good ventilation and plenty of room for even the larger equines.
2 smaller brick stables (12ft by 10ft) for ponies
20m enclosed sand round pen for loose lungeing
Plenty of grazing with all year turn out , all paddocks are post and rail fencing with electric tape on top and very secure.
We are self sufficient in hay and straw where my partner takes great pride in producing good quality hay with grass seed chosen specifically for horses, which we also sell.
Access to off road riding around farm and livery.
24 hour security with electric gate at entrance.
